Osteopathy
Osteopathy is an effective treatment for a wide range of painful disorders. It helps restore the function of the musculoskeletal system (joints, muscles, and ligaments). Osteopathic treatment consists of gentle manipulation and stretching of the muscles, ligaments and joints. Also some of our osteopaths are experienced in the use of cranial osteopathy.
Conditions treated by Osteopaths
Osteopathic treatment can help many musculoskeletal conditions. These include the common aches and pains due to strains, falls and overuse, as well as the more long-term back and neck probems. It can often alleviate the problems associated with stress and tension including chronic headaches. Cranial Osteopathy is particularly effective with young children and babies. This may be for growin pains, knocks and falls or sleep and digestive problems.
